Is Practice Playbook right for my practice?

It depends on how your practice runs today. Practice Playbook works best when your SOPs, handbooks and checklists already live in Google Drive or OneDrive, and staff keep asking the owner or manager the same questions. It answers only from your documents, and says so when it has no answer. It is not a patient record, scheduling or billing tool. If you want fewer interruptions and clearer SOPs, it is a good fit.

What is Practice Playbook?

What it is
Practice Playbook is an AI assistant that answers staff questions about a practice's SOPs, policies and checklists, using the documents the practice already keeps in Google Drive or OneDrive.
Who it is for
It is for owners, managers and staff of small healthcare practices, such as chiropractic, dental, physical therapy, optometry, private medical and wellness offices with 2 to 25 people.
What it does
Staff ask a question and get a step-by-step answer with a link to the source file. When nothing is written down, the question goes on a Needs an SOP list, and an admin teaches Playbook the answer so the next person gets it.

As of October 2026.

What can you do with Practice Playbook?

  • Ask and get a sourced answer

Staff ask in plain words. Playbook answers step by step from your own documents and links to the source file. It does not guess.

  • See what is not written down

When a question has no documented answer, it goes on the Needs an SOP list, so you know what to write next.

  • Teach Playbook once

An admin writes the answer. Playbook shows it next to the old version for approval, and the next person who asks gets the better answer.

  • A Home dashboard for the day

Shared to-dos, office updates, wins and quick links, with the assistant beside them.

  • Chat history for coaching

Staff see their own questions. Admins see which topics come up most and which questions go unanswered. History is kept six months, then deleted.

  • Plus: meetings and numbers

Plus adds a weekly Meeting Agenda that fills in from wins, repeated questions and KPIs behind pace, a Performance dashboard built from your weekly CSV, and printable agenda and worksheet pages.

Features as of October 2026.
