Why Practice Playbook exists

In a small practice, a lot of how things get done lives in a few people's heads, so staff keep interrupting the owner or manager to ask. Practice Playbook turns the documents you already have into answers, shows you what is missing, and lets you fix it once so the next person gets it.

What is Practice Playbook?

Practice Playbook is an AI assistant that answers staff questions about a practice's SOPs, policies and checklists, using the documents the practice already keeps in Google Drive or OneDrive. It is for owners, managers and staff of small healthcare practices, such as chiropractic, dental, physical therapy, optometry, private medical and wellness offices with 2 to 25 people. Staff ask a question and get a step-by-step answer with a link to the source file. When nothing is written down, the question goes on a Needs an SOP list, and an admin teaches Playbook the answer so the next person gets it.
